Throughout our 31 year heritage, ERW has always prided ourselves on excellent customer service
After all, we’re only as good as our last installation, and relying on word of mouth and recommendations is really important to us. But we all also aware that there is always room for improvement so we take all customer feedback extremely seriously, and after every installation ask our customers to fill in a questionnaire for us. The questionnaire asks about first impressions, interaction with the company, product choice and quality, value for money and overall satisfaction.
The latest survey results show that 100% of our customers would recommend us to their friends and family, and that 97% feel we have offered value for money.
