6th May 2010
We’re delighted to announce our appointment to undertake further work on the commercial refurbishment of the historic Grade 2 listed Mariner’s Cottages in South Shields, and the Hospital of God development in Greatham.
We start phase 2 of the regeneration in South Shields in the coming weeks, replacing and adapting existing windows with new historically accurate, bespoke timber windows incorporating a slim double glazing system.
Our work in Greatham involves the refurbishment of six dwellings in Egerton Terrace with high performance, replacement factory glazed windows and doors manufactured in our own Teesside facility. Both projects call upon ERW’s expertise in refurbishing historic properties to make them more thermally efficient and comfortable, while being sensitive to and respecting the importance of the existing buildings’ heritage.
Our award winning indoor facility showcases the entire range of products. You can browse at your leisure and see for yourself the quality of construction and finish available on our wood windows and doors.
We are here to offer you help and advice on whatever type of project you are undertaking.
