Thank you so much for all your help with the design process. We felt very well supported with this major purchase. You guided us sensitively and listened to what we wanted. And now we have our design and are very happy indeed
Mr & Mrs Robinson, Stockton
I was delighted with the installation process. Steve and Tony worked very hard and took a lot of care around our house. My husband thought we would end up having to redecorate but was amazed that the windows looked like they had always been there. We are delighted and have had a number of positive comments about them. Thank you.
Mr & Mrs C, South Gosforth

We were not disappointed, we have been delighted throughout with the friendly and help guidance, excellent quality and clean and efficient installation. Very professional customer focused service.
Mr & Mrs S, Gateshead
Just a quick note to say how fantastic the men were that came to install the windows, they were very polite and friendly and have done a great job. The windows look brilliant and I am very pleased with them.
Ms E, Redcar

However, being a listed building doesn’t mean you have to accept draughts, heat […]

Older timber sash windows can develop these problems over time, particularly where components […]
