Throughout our 37 year heritage, ERW has always prided ourselves on excellent customer service.After all, we’re only as good as our last installation, and relying on word of mouth and recommendations is really important to us. But we are also aware there is always room for improvement so we take all customer feedback extremely seriously. After every installation we ask our customers to fill in a questionnaire for us. The questionnaire asks about first impressions, interaction with the company, product choice and quality, value for money and overall satisfaction.
2016 is over it’s half way mark and our customer feed back so far for this year has been outstanding. Our customer testimonials have been coming in thick and fast and so far a whopping:
98% of our customers were very happy and 2% were happy with our overall services and 100% of our customers stated that they would recommend us to family and friends

- 100% of them were very happy with the standard of the installation.
- 100% felt that they were given value for their money.
We looked back at 2015 and compared it to the reviews we have received so far this year.
In 2015, 90% of our customers were very happy, 9% were happy and 1% were satisfied with our Overall services. 98% of our customers stated that they would recommend us to family and friends.
That’s a fantastic 8% increase in customers that are very happy with our services & 2% increase in customers who would recommend us to family and friends.
